Teams
To
participate in Allstarz 2010-11, please note the
following important summer requirements:
**Mini, Youth, Jr, and Sr teams need to fill out the "Allstarz
2010-11 Registration form" below to sign up for summer
camp, July 26-29, 2010. Camp is mandatory!
**Camp schedule:
Monday, July 26 - Thursday, July 29
Mini & Youth - 9:00-12:00
Jr. & Sr. - 12:30 - 3:30
**Registration forms need to be mailed to Cheerz by
July 20 with camp fee of $150.00!!

**Spirit Lunch will be offered from 12:00-12:30pm for $20. Lunch can be purchased on the first day of camp
or mailed in with camp fee. Click

**Parent meeting will be Tuesday, July 27 at
12:15pm for Mini, Youth, Jr. and Sr. teams.
Each Allstar must have a representative at the
meeting.
**Tiny Allstar parent meeting will be Thursday,
July 22 at 12:00pm. Each Allstar must have a
representative at the meeting.

Total competition fees amount to $350.00. (Tiny
competition fees amount to $170).
This can be paid in two installments. First half is due
by October 1st and second half is due by December 1st .
Checks must be made payable to Cheerz and can be placed
in the lock box in the lobby.

**You are responsible for making your own hotel
accommodations. Travel and hotel expenses are not
included in your tuition. This is an extra
expense.
