participate in Allstarz 2011-12, please note the
following important summer requirements:
**Mini, Youth, Jr, and Sr teams need to fill out the "Allstarz
2011-12 Registration form" below to sign up for summer
camp, July 28-31, 2011. Camp is mandatory!
